Care

All our products are oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe.

Nonetheless, please note that sudden changes in temperature can cause thermal shock which can crack the dish. Make sure to place very hot items on a cloth.

Please note that items with additions (such as non-ceramic decoration) should not go in the oven unless taken off.

General Information

All items are handmade in a studio in Tel Aviv, Israel. Slight changes in size, shade or texture reflect the unique technique we use to make each piece by hand. We love our products perfectly imperfect and hope you will too.

All products are handmade of raw clay.

Shipping and returns

PickUp is available at Coocoo Ceramics studio in Tel Aviv.

Free shipping on orders over NIS 400 in the Gush Dan area.

International shipments are carried out by EMS or ecco. For every four items there is a standard shipping fee of $60.

The shipment usually arrives at its destination within 14 workdays depending on the shipment destination and shipment type, subject to the availability of the products ordered. Shipping times may be longer due to holidays, or other special circumstances.

For your information, although we do our utmost to supply the shipment at the written times, there may be delays and the written times are only estimates, not guarantees.

Coocooceramics is not responsible for any delays which are not under their direct control, including release from customs, delays caused by shipping companies, etc.

Import duties, surcharges and any other charge may be imposed upon receipt of the order in destination countries. We have no control over these taxes and duties as they are determined by the customs authority in the destination country and depend on various factors, such as country of origin, domestic VAT rate, import duties, etc. It is the Customer’s responsibility to make these payments should they be required by the local authorities.

Breakage policy

Are you concerned about your pottery items getting broken during shipping? Don’t be. We are experienced in shipping pottery all over the world; each piece comes in appropriate packaging to withstand potential abuse by postal services.

If your item arrives broken, please email us a photo of the broken goods on the day of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns and exchange

You may return any unused items only physically at the studio in Tel Aviv.

Coocooceramics allows its customers to make returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

1. There will be no returns or exchanging from outside countries.

2. The returned item was not used, damaged, or washed, and is physically returned to the studio in Tel Aviv, Israel in its original packaging.

3. Coocooceramics examine the case, and if convinced that the customer should be credited, the credit card used to pay for the item will be credited minus 5% of amount of the transaction.

4. If the customer cancels the transaction after billing (even if the delivery has not yet left), the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the original transaction.
